CANCELLATION POLICY
I ask that cancellations are 24 hours in advance, if they are not, I will require a 90% charge of service. This goes for if you No Call No Show as well. If this happens more than 2 times I will no longer be able to offer services to you. If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment I will consider the appointment a No Call No Show, after the first no show, we will require a 60% deposit to book which will go towards your appointment. If you no show that appointment your deposit will be non refundable. All deposits are non refundable, even in the case of booking the wrong/unavailable service.
